Job Description
Cemetery Manager is responsible for overseeing the Sales, Operations, and Maintenance activities of St Joseph Cemetery & Holy Trinity Cemetery and ensuring the grounds are managed with the utmost respectF and professionalism. This role includes managing the business aspects of the cemeteries, such as plot sales & customer relations, as well as supervising a small team responsible for maintaining two cemeteries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership, operational, and sales skills, as well as the ability to maintain a compassionate and respectful demeanor in a role that serves grieving families. They will lead the team to uphold the dignity of the grounds while ensuring operational efficiency.
