**Compensation & Benefits:**
- **Base Pay:** $0.98/mile with Hazmat Endorsement; $0.95/mile without. Pay is split per driver on all miles.
- **Annual Raises:** $0.01/mile increase each year for the first three years.
- **Additional Earnings:**
- CSA Safety Bonus: Up to $1,025 every 90 days with Hazmat or $825 plus 8 hours PTO.
- On-Road Safety Bonus: $600 every 90 days.
- Anniversary Bonus: $100/year of service.
- Detention Pay: Starts after 1 hour.
- Hazmat Premium: $0.04/mile for placarded loads.

**Qualifications:**
- Valid Class A CDL.
- 9+ months tractor-trailer experience (6 months with a teaming partner).
- Clean driving record; no DWIs in 7 years, max 3 moving violations in 3 years.
- Pass pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, & Human Performance Evaluation (if applicable).
