Sales Manager

All Occasions Catering & Bubbs BBQ — Big Bend, WI
Full-Time | In-Person

Salary: $65,000 – $70,000/year
Bonus: Eligible for an annual performance bonus tied to company success

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Sales Manager who is truly motivated by building relationships, crafting beautiful events, and helping clients bring their vision to life. You’ll be the friendly face and steady hand guiding clients from their first inquiry all the way to the big day.

This role blends strategy, hospitality, and teamwork — perfect for someone who enjoys selling, leading, collaborating, and connecting with their clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the sales team with warmth, creativity, and professionalism
• Build genuine relationships with clients and community partners
• Craft proposals, contracts, and detailed BEOs with accuracy and care
• Follow up on leads and proposals to close business and grow revenue
• Support and collaborate with our team across departments (we’re a tight crew!)
• Attend tastings, client meetings, and occasional industry events
• Participate in our once-a-month Sunday group tasting (10am–2pm, scheduled with plenty of notice!)
• Be a reliable point of contact for event questions, clarity, and support
• Help create beautiful events that reflect the heart of our brand

Work Environment & Schedule:

· Monday – Friday, 8AM to 4PM

This is a fully in-person role because the magic happens when we’re together.
We maintain a true work/life balance, and while some evenings or weekends are part of the wedding + events world, these are always planned in advance and communicated with respect for your time.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of off-premise catering or event sales experience
• A natural relationship-builder with genuine hospitality in your heart
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects while staying positive and solution-focused
• Leadership ability — someone who can inspire, guide, and support the sales team while modeling professionalism, accountability, and teamwork
• A team player who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment
