Catering Delivery Driver - Flour Bakery - Multiple Locations Do you like to eat award winning baked goods and sandwiches? Do you like working on a great team in a wonderful environment?
Flour Bakery + Cafe is now hiring a full time delivery driver for multiple locations!
We are seeking self-motivated people who thrive working in a fun and positive environment, and who feel confident driving the streets of Boston and Cambridge in a catering van.
Day-to-day Performance Expectations: You'll be driving the streets of Boston and Cambridge delivering our wonderful food and delivering Flour's high standards of hospitality to our catering guests with every order. You'll be helping to put together catering orders, organize your deliveries with the help of the bakery managers, and help tackle other projects as they arise. Youll be expected to keep up with the maintenance of the vehicle including but not limited to: keeping the gas full, the car squeaky clean and giving your managers a heads-up on things that need fixing.
Skills for Qualification: - Outstanding sense of hospitality
- Possess a valid MA license with a minimum of three years of active experience
- A clean driving record
- Ability to repetitively lift over 50lbs
- Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours
- Ability to work outside year-round
- Strong attention to detail + communication skills
- Early morning availability
- A minimum one year commitment
Compensation: The starting wage for this position is $19-23 per hour (base wage of $15 per hour + $4-8 per hour in pooled tips).
