The Cart Attendant Shift Lead supervises a team responsible for managing shopping carts, maintaining parking lot safety and appearance, and assisting customers to ensure efficient front-end operations. This role involves delegating tasks, providing excellent customer service, and occasionally operating the register to minimize wait times. The position requires availability across multiple shifts and emphasizes teamwork and communication within the store environment.

Availability: Morning, Afternoon, Evening (Includes Weekends).

You will delegate tasks to team members, and ensure the safety and appearance of the front-end and parking lot areas are being maintained.

  • Delegate tasks to team members, and ensure efficient daily operations
  • Partner and communicate with members of inside front-end team, to ensure your team is effectively assisting customers in a timely manner
  • Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot
