About the Role Comfort Keepers is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator Manager to oversee and optimize our scheduling operations and support a dedicated team of four. This role requires a leader with a strong background in scheduling within the medical field, with the potential to grow into an office administrator role. You will manage daily scheduling activities, develop team capabilities, and support administrative tasks for the hiring manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of four, ensuring efficient scheduling of care staff and assisting with administrative duties.
• Collaborate closely with the hiring manager, acting as an administrative partner.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in scheduling, preferably in a medical or caregiving environment.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management.
• Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to an evolving role that may expand to office administration.
• Excellent communication skills and a supportive, team-focused approach.
