We're looking for an Auto Detailer to join our team. You are responsible for improving the appearance of a vehicle, both inside and out, to look presentable for the customer. You will become familiar with various car cleaning techniques, including waxing, buffing, vacuuming, and fabric cleaning methods. We prefer candidates who have detailing experience, but we are willing to train the right person who is motivated and reliable. This job requires you to bend and stand for extended periods and able to work in both hot and cold weather.Compensation includes base pay plus incentive program.Auto Detailer Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepares vehicles for customer presentation or lot displayVacuum and scrub the interior and seats of vehiclesClean, dry, clay, wax, and buff the exterior of carsOperate a variety of cleaning tools, including buffers and vacuumsApply cleaning agents to protect and/or restore each vehicle's paint & upholsteryMove vehicles around the lotPerform inspections after your done with the detail to ensure that each step of the cleaning process has been completed and nothing was missed. Other miscellaneous tasks as requested by management.Auto Detailer Requirements and QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)Valid driver's licensePrior cleaning experienceFlexible schedulePhysical staminaAbility to be at work during your scheduled shifts.Attention to detailsAbility to resolve problemsStay self-motivated with minimal supervision throughout the dayOperate all types of automobiles, including manual transmission
