💼 What You'll Do:

• 🚪  Lead the charge – Recruit, train, and manage a team of energetic door-to-door canvassers
• 📈  Drive results – Set clear goals and inspire your team to beat them
• 💬  Develop scripts that actually convert, and coach your team to deliver with confidence
• 📍  Plan smart routes , track KPIs, and maximize lead volume daily
• 🤝  Work closely with the sales team to make sure those leads turn into deals
• 💪 Step in and canvass alongside your team when needed—you're not afraid to lead from the front!

✅ You're a Fit If You:

• Have experience in canvassing, direct sales, or managing sales teams
• Love working with people and getting them FIRED UP to succeed
• Are goal-obsessed, self-motivated, and energetic
• Can juggle multiple tasks and still keep your eye on the prize
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Are cool with working evenings/weekends (that’s when the action happens!)
