Status:Full-Time
Shift: 9:00 am 5:30 pm

What Youll Do:

• 
  Convert inbound and outbound calls into qualified sales appointments
• 
  Be the Voice of the Company with exceptional communication and customer service
• 
  Schedule appointments and input important homeowner information
• 
  Work with cutting-edge software and tools to meet and exceed targets
• 
  Ensure each call is handled with professionalism and care, following company protocols
• 
  Participate in ongoing training to grow your skills and knowledge

Compensation:

$17.00/hour + Bonuses Your earning potential is unlimited!

What Were Looking For:

• 
  High School Diploma or equivalent
• 
  2+ years of prior call center or inside sales experience (preferred)
• 
  Exceptional communication, active listening, and customer service skills
• 
  Strong proficiency with computers, CRM software, and typing skills
• 
  Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• 
  Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
