Reports To: Call Center Supervisor/Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to help improve our products, services, and processes.
  • Performance Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution rates.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
