Position Purpose Supports the goals and outcomes of the organization by leading the transformation of our business strategy. Ensures deliverables are met, by assisting with design, execution, and value estimation and realization for initiatives. This role works within the Business Technical space to assist with identification of opportunities, mapping out and designing solutions, and partnering to ensure timely and quality delivery. Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement Evaluate, assess, and design solutions Coordinate across business and delivery groups to ensure timely completion of key deliverables Maintain business architecture models, such as value streams, business capabilities, information maps, and strategy trees Participate in workshops to gather ideas, evaluate processes, and gather intelligence Track, trend, and assess predicted business value versus actual business value and outcomes Complete design and architecture documentation Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. Preferred Skills Six Sigma background Finance systems support experience Experience with Visio or Miro Process flow and diagram experience Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field required 2+ years Business Architecture, Business Analysis, or Business Design required Workshop Facilitation experience preferred Pay Range $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
