About the Role

This highly analytical and detail-driven role provides essential operational support to leadership. You will be responsible for handling high-stakes operational tasks, complex data management, and rigorous documentation review. Success is defined by your meticulousness and your ability to maintain zero-tolerance for error across all your assignments.

Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • #1 CRITICAL SKILL: EXCEPTIONAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL. A proven track record of absolute precision is mandatory for handling critical documentation, contracts, and financial data. You must be able to meticulously review and audit complex information.
  • EXPERT EXCEL/SHEETS PROFICIENCY: Demonstrated advanced skill in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential. Must be proficient in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex analytical models, tracking tools (MIS), and reporting systems.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in a role that explicitly validates strong analytical, technical, and process skills. Relevant backgrounds include:

    • Business Operations Analyst
    • Financial Analyst or Accounting
    • Data Analyst or Consulting
  • Personality & Fit: Must be a highly personable, proactive, and independent self-starter, capable of effective remote collaboration.
  • Contract Status: Available for a full-time contract term (3-4 months) with time zone alignment to U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST/EDT) hours.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Quality Assurance & Review: Conduct rigorous, final-stage quality control checks on critical business documents, including contracts and SOPs, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  2. Data Management & Reporting: Design, build, and manage complex internal data systems and tracking tools using advanced functions in Excel and Google Sheets.
  3. Process Optimization: Identify, document, and implement improvements to operational workflows and data processes to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
  4. Cross-Functional Support: Provide high-leverage analytical and operational support to various departments and leadership teams.
