Career Area : Technology, Digital and Data Job Description : Join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where you'll leverage your expertise in MS Power BI and Snowflake database to develop and maintain BI solutions. You'll play a key role in analyzing business problems, providing actionable insights, and collaborating with stakeholders to build impactful visual management solutions. If you're passionate about driving business value through data visualization and analytics, and possess strong proficiency in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL queries, we'd love to have you on board. What You Will Do Expertise in MS Power BI development, including DAX and Power Query (M) Experience with Snowflake and BOBJ reporting Strong analytical and problem?solving skills Ability to collect and analyze data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners to gather data requirements Passion for leveraging data to drive business value and make informed decisions What Skills & Experiences You Will Need Education/Experience: This position typically requires a Bachelors Degree in computer science, accounting, finance, or a related business field Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision Business Data Analysis: Knowledge and ability to collect, identify, analyze, and interpret business data using various techniques to meet business needs and requirements Business Assessment: Knowledge of the activities, tasks, practices, and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities; ability to assess the benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications Research Analysis: Knowledge of research analysis concepts, methodologies, and methods; ability to locate, interpret, and evaluate research findings compiled and documented by others Top Candidates Will Also Have Strong proficiency in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL queries Additional Info The primary location for this position is Mossville, IL This role requires 5 days a week in office Domestic relocation is available for those who qualify Sponsorship is not available What You Will Get Our goal at Caterpillar is for you to have a rewarding career.
