Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our business in the waste, recycling, and environmental sectors. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the industry and a passion for promoting sustainable practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
* Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance business growth.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on the waste, recycling, or environmental industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Strong understanding of waste management, recycling processes, and environmental sustainability.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
