Job Title: Business Analyst (Sailpoint, Okta)

Location: REMOTE (Within Texas state ONLY)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to ensure technology solutions align with business strategies.
• Reengineer business processes to enhance efficiency and identify new technology applications to solve business challenges.
• Document detailed user needs, system functions, and steps for development or modification of applications.
• Prepare solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses, including cost/benefit and ROI.
• Gather and document integration requirements for migrating applications to IAMOnline.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, functional requirements, and deliverables.
• Lead and document meetings with business and technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding.
• Support functional testing, including test plan reviews, result compilation, and test user support.
• Prepare project management artifacts in line with defined project management frameworks.

• experience documenting business and functional requirements across multiple projects.
• Strong experience using Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
• experience in functional testing, including reviewing test plans and compiling results.
• experience preparing project management artifacts within a defined project management framework.
• experience leading and documenting meetings with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• experience in business process definition, documentation, and engineering.
• experience with Identity Management implementations.

• experience working with SailPoint IQ and OKTA for application integrations.
• experience working with Texas State Agencies .

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in business process reengineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating user and business needs into technical requirements.
• Ability to prepare detailed documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with identity management systems and integration processes.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and ability to prepare relevant project artifacts.
