At Doosan Financial Solutions, a part of Doosan Bobcat, we are excited to post for a new Business Analyst. This position will be responsible for evaluating business operations to understand potential gaps and strategic opportunities, analyze requirements and present recommend solutions which enable the business unit to achieve its goals within established strategies to better compete with its competition. Role & Responsibility Provide accurate, timely and informative business information and insights to key decision makers within the company. Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues. Provide business and systems expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing specifications and procedures that meet user requirements. Train users to utilize reporting and decision-making models. Gather user feedback for enhancements and development needs. Perform audits of master data. Job Requirement Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Related experience: 2-5 years’ experience in data mining and analytics, with high degree of math and statistical skills/understanding. Advanced analytical and statistical program/software experience such as Power BI. High degree of fluency in Microsoft Suite applications, including system reporting tools. Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and execution competencies. Ability to present complex information clearly to executives, with demonstrated ability to persuade executive team. Ability to create and evaluate business cases. Must have a high level of motivation and individual initiative. Excellent analytical/problem solving skills. Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and cross-functional teamwork skills. Travel: <15%. The Company’s Georgia hiring location is Buford, GA.
