Job Description:
Paragon NYC is seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, and self-motivated Brand Ambassadors to join our growing team. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent our brand in face-to-face interactions at events, retail locations, and high-traffic areas across New York City. Your role will be to educate, engage, and excite customers about our offerings, creating memorable experiences while driving awareness and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Paragon NYC with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Engage potential customers through in-person interactions, explaining product benefits and answering questions.
• Build relationships with customers to foster trust and brand loyalty.
• Assist in setting up and managing promotional displays or event setups.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to help refine strategies.
• Maintain a polished, positive, and approachable demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, friendly, and approachable personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation to various locations within NYC.
