Job Details Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
2. Working closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports.
3. Processing accounts payable and receivable and managing invoices and tax payments.
4. Performing bank reconciliations, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
5. Utilizing Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks to streamline accounting functions and manage the company’s financial data.
6. Conducting regular account reconciliation, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
7. Assisting in budget preparation and financial planning processes.
8. Ensuring accuracy in general ledger.
9. Providing insightful information and expectations to the company's leaders to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper.
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other financial management software (Sage preferred).
3. In-depth knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
9. High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
10. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred but not required.
