A bit about us: Are you a highly skilled Bookkeeper looking to grow your career? Growing finance and tax firm is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper! They are a team team that provides financial expertise to a select group of affluent clients from diverse backgrounds, including Entrepreneurs, Technology Pioneers, Real Estate and Financial Professionals, Athletes, and Industry Leaders. As a High Net Worth Accountant and Financial Strategist, you'll excel in simplifying intricate financial matters for our elite clientele, enabling them to achieve their aspirations and experience the true joys of a life well-lived.
They are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper who either have experience completing tax returns for clients or who have worked directly with CPAs to complete returns. Ideally, this would be in the high-net-worth space, but not 100% necessary.

Job Details Responsibilities:
- Handle daily financial tasks with utmost precision, including data entry, record-keeping, and proactive follow-up with clients, client teams, and third parties.
- Efficiently coordinate with vendors, bank representatives, and accountants to ensure seamless financial operations for our discerning clients.
- Take charge of payroll management for clients' household employees, entity employees, and independent contractors.
- Prepare AP/AR, Payroll, and Publishing Financials
- Expertly maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks Online and our performance reporting software, categorizing details meticulously and documenting pertinent backup.
- Generate comprehensive and custom reports, including monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc P&L, Balance Sheet, and miscellaneous reports for individuals and entities.
- Exhibit excellence in managing client bill pay requests using Bill.com, ensuring timely and precise payments.
- Establish new bill pay accounts with precision, configuring auto payment setup and diligently monitoring activity to mitigate errors.
- Execute bank account reconciliations with precision, while preserving filing cabinet integrity for efficient retrieval.
- Demonstrate proficiency in reporting software to track and update client net worth statements with utmost accuracy.
- Perform detailed cash flow and financial planning analyses with precision and expertise.
- Prepare and issue reports, ensuring seamless client meeting preparation and follow-up.
- Tackle complex financial planning projects with skill and precision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 3+ years of current experience with QuickBooks Online and associated apps (Bill.com, MoneyThumb Slick Connect, etc.).
- Strong grasp of CPA requirements for high net-worth clients' quarterly estimated payments and tax returns.
- Expertise in partnership accounting, book vs. tax principles, and estate planning mechanisms.
- Outstanding financial management abilities, encompassing precise data entry, thorough account reconciliation, and meticulous documentation.
