Job Description: Boiler Operator
Location : Sidney, OH – New Site in America for a lithium-ion Battery Manufacturer
Shift : 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay : $26 - $31 per hour

Company Overview :
This the world’s largest producer of lithium-ion battery separator film, which plays a critical role in electric vehicle batteries, energy storage, and consumer electronics. This new site represents a significant investment, totaling approximately $1 billion, marking the company’s first and only U.S. worksite as they move into the bare-bones Phase 1 of establishing operations.

Job Responsibilities :

• Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers on-site
• Perform regular compression and safety tests to ensure proper operation
• Conduct water sampling and treatment to maintain system efficiency
• Perform preventative maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns
• Handle minor pipe repairs and replace worn parts, including valves and filters
• Monitor and adjust boiler systems to ensure optimal performance

Requirements and Qualifications :

• Valid Boiler Operator License required
• Physical stamina and ability to work in industrial environments
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills
• Ability to perform minor repairs and replace components as needed
• High attention to safety protocols and quality standards
