Billing/AR Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing/Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee the billing and AR functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will lead a team, develop efficient processes, and maintain strong customer relationships to optimize cash flow and revenue management.

Key Responsibilities of the Billing/AR Supervisor:

• Supervise, train, and mentor the billing and accounts receivable team.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct regular team meetings.
• Develop and implement team goals and performance metrics.
• Oversee accurate and timely invoicing for all clients and projects.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes effectively.
• Monitor AR aging reports and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment activity.
• Prepare and analyze billing and AR reports for management review.

Qualifications of the Billing/AR Supervisor:

• 3+ years of experience in billing, AR, or a similar financial role.
• Strong excel skills.
• Good communication skills.
