Excellent Call Center Customer Service Representatives opportunity.

Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? Our client, a NYS agency focused on transportation, is looking for Bilingual Spanish Call Center Customer Service Representatives who believe in making a difference in every customer interaction. You’ll be the key to transforming an average customer experience into an exceptional one.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls using both electronic and paper-based documentation systems.
  • Accurately gather and verify demographic information using standard computer software and systems.
  • Utilize your product or service knowledge to recognize, apply, and explain solutions to customers
  • Must always maintain professionalism and a positive attitude, even when dealing with difficult situations.

Requirements:


Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and supportive nature

Compensation: $19.97 per hour, plus benefits, vacation, sick leave, and holidays
