We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to assist with the full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

• Your primary role will be to identify, call, attract, and assist incoming job applicants with the application process. This is a high-volume recruiting role where we are seeking to minimize time-to-fill ratio and maximize client and employee satisfaction.
• You will be take part in maintaining and growing our candidate pipeline
• You will be responsible for handling all onboarding and hiring paperwork for incoming employees, ensuring compliance with company procedures as well as state, and federal policies
• A successful Recruiter will collaborate with the Branch Manager, Operations Teams, and Hiring Managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs
• You will assist our existing temporary associates with employee and Human Resources related concerns. These concerns range from payroll, to safety, to all other employee-related issues
• Your creativity is welcome - we expect you to assist with hiring events, social media ads, job board listings, flyers, the works! Anything you can think of to attract candidates

Bilingual English-Spanish is a requirement for this role. Fluency in both languages is required.
