Description:

In this role you will transforms collected data from various sources into reports, dashboards,

and actionable insights, empowering business leaders to make informed strategic and

tactical decisions. You will collaborates with teams across the company to develop data collection

and retrieval systems.

Maintain current Business Intelligence Platform

· Design, develop and mange the enterprise data analysis and reporting solutions using

Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Tableau and Microsoft SQL Server.

· Perform data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) from various on-prem and

cloud data sources to solve complex business analysis where native systems are

insufficient.

· Create stunning data visualizations in the forms of executive KPI’s, dashboards and

interactive reports to support strategic decision making and daily operations..

· Power BI/Microsoft Fabric administration, monitoring, resources and licensing for all

internal and external data customers.

· Support data governance by improving data quality and accuracy in existing datasets and

semantic models.

· Perform ad-hoc data analysis and extraction from Microsoft SQL Server.

· Uses low-code/no code tools Microsoft Power Platform as well as Software sources data

to collect, prepare and analyze data.

· Train new and existing users on best practices for the use of data reporting tools.

Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Transition and Go-Live

· Design and develop enterprise-wide data analysis and reporting solutions using Oracle

Analytics Cloud, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Visual Builder, and Oracle Data Visualization.

· Implement ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to extract, transform, and

load data from various sources into Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating

them into technical specifications for BI solutions.

· Create interactive dashboards and reports with Oracle Data Visualization, ensuring best

practices in data presentation and UX design.

· Optimize BI applications for performance and scalability, addressing any technical issues

that arise.

· Develop and maintain analysis datasets, including database views, tables, and

materialized views in Oracle Database.

· Ensure data integrity and accuracy through comprehensive data validation and auditing processes.

· Provide training and support to business users on Oracle BI tools, enhancing their ability to generate insights and make data-driven decisions.

· Keep abreast of the latest developments in Oracle BI technologies and recommend enhancements to existing systems.

Develop BI reporting using Oracle Visual Builder, and other Oracle toolsInterprets business user requests and provide solutions that fit within corporate and development standards and goals

Ability to translate complex business problems in to analytical frameworks, interpreting complex data and derive insights.

· Works with business leaders and end-users to advise on systems for data collection and representation in reporting and dashboards.

· Data wrangling and cleaning of raw data, handling missing data and outliers, into a usable format.

· Develop systems of statistical and predictive analysis using tools such as Python (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Scitkit-learn, Statsmodels), R (ggplot2), SQL and NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with Data lake, warehouse, mart, mesh, fabric and semantic modeling data concepts.

· Proficiency with Git for code versioning and collaboration.

· Familiarity with cloud-based data services like Azure, Snowflake, AWS for deploying data models.

· Support the development of Data Governance, including quality, integrity, transparency and security.

Required Knowledge and Skills

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred..

· 5+ years of experience in BI development with tools such as Power BI/Fabric, SSRS,

Tableau, with a focus on Oracle BI technologies (Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle BI

Publisher, Oracle Visual Builder, Oracle Data Integrator)

· Knowledge in data visualization principles and best practices

· Develop and maintain analysis datasets, datamarts including database views, tables, and

materialized views in Oracle Database, Snowflake or similar technologies.

· Some experience with ETL/Ingestion of data from various on-prem and cloud data sources

(SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure, Oracle, etc)

· Knowledge of the technical architecture of scalable solutions is helpful.

· Must be able to multi-task.

Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to interpret user needs into reporting and system solutions.

· Must have demonstrated ability to work and interface with all levels within the organization, vendors, and clients. ·

The ability to relay complex technical concepts to non-technical users is required.

Extensive practical knowledge of Excel is required.

Physical Requirements

· Frequently requires a long period of sitting to perform the essential job duties.

· Must be able to bend, stoop, pull and lift up to 10 lbs.

· Close visual acuity to view a computer terminal, analyze reports, manage data and detail

· Must be a resident of the United States

· Up to 20% travel required
