- At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, schedule, and manage project resources effectively. Proficient in managing timelines and coordinating multiple communication initiatives simultaneously.
- Data Analysis Proficiency: Skilled in analyzing data using tools like SQL and Python. Capable of assessing communication needs and evaluating the effectiveness of communication strategies
- Technical Knowledge in Business Intelligence: Understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and techniques.
- Communication Skills: Capable of conveying technical information clearly to stakeholders.
- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead teams and foster collaboration.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices for managing projects.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong aptitude for identifying issues and generating solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and feedback.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Proven experience working in Auto Aero domains
- At least 2 experience with Databricks
- CI / CD exposure

- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
