THE COMPANY:

THE POSITION:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of aviation projects. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can manage multiple stakeholders, drive project performance, and support both field operations and client relationships. This is a high impact hire with accelerated career progression built into the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop project budgets, schedules, and work plans; ensure adherence to contract specifications and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Mentor and supervise project engineers, superintendents, and field personnel.
  • Monitor safety, quality control, and compliance on job sites.
  • Review and approve subcontractor and vendor agreements.
  • Analyze and mitigate risks; identify opportunities for improvement in processes and performance.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to executive leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years' Aviation construction experience.
  • Minimum 8 years' construction management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
