Job Description
We are looking for a long term, experienced automotive tech to enjoy the benefits of a great work environment, a competitive wage, profit sharing and 6% vacation pay , and we provide $1,500/year towards your health and wellness . Our techs enjoy a 4-day work week (optional) and we pay our techs on billed time , allowing opportunity for higher than normal wages doing honest work without the pressure of a “flat rate” shop.
Technician duties vary from oil changes and basic service to Air Conditioning (we have R134a and R1234yf machines), complete brake and suspension repair, wheel alignments, tune ups, engine and electrical diagnostics, clutch repairs and so much more. Our technicians have 2 hoists to work from, the option of ordering their own parts online and providing their own labour estimates and excellent communication via our outstanding service advisor. We are a fast paced shop.
We prefer candidates who have extensive automotive repair experience, Red Seal endorsement is a huge plus, but we will consider an apprentice.
Requirements and Qualifications
2+ years of automotive repair experience
Red Seal Endorsement is a huge PLUS
High school diploma or GED certificate
Valid driver's license
Computer skills
