What You'll Do:
-Lead and oversee audits from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with auditing standards.
-Conduct financial audits for governmental and non-profit organizations to ensure regulatory adherence.
-Analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring they align with GAAP and GAAS.
-Prepare comprehensive audit reports with valuable insights and recommendations.
-Stay ahead of industry changes, regulations, and best practices in auditing and accounting.
-Mentor and guide audit team members on best practices and methodologies.

What We're Looking For:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred (Master's degree or CPA a plus).
- Proven experience in financial auditing, governmental, or non-profit accounting.
-Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, financial analysis, and internal audit processes.
-Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage teams and interact with clients.
