Identify and resolve issues faced by users in Jira and Confluence. Customize workflows in Jira to suit specific project or team needs. Ensure proper documentation of configurations, processes, and customizations. Evaluate, install, and maintain plugins to extend the capabilities of Jira and Confluence. Manage and monitor the use of APIs for integration with other systems. Conduct regular audits of user access and permissions to maintain security. Configure and manage notifications in Jira and Confluence to ensure effective communication. Manage the budget related to Jira and Confluence usage, including subscription costs and plugin purchases.
