UWorld is on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary Associate Director of CFA Education to help lead and expand our CFA content development team. This leadership role is pivotal in steering our web-based finance education products through all phases of the product life cycle, from conceptualization and development to launch and ongoing enhancement.
As the Associate Director of Finance Education, you will report to the Director of Finance Education to spearhead a talented team of writers, driving the creation and growth of top-tier content for our Finance test prep products. This unique opportunity allows for direct involvement in strategic planning, team management, training, and product innovation, offering a platform to significantly impact the education of future Charterholders.
Key Qualifications: - Master of Finance or MBA with a strong academic record preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in finance or academic roles, ideally with leadership experience
- 2+ years of experience creating educational materials
- CFA designation required
- Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills

Leadership Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Help oversee the development and execution of content strategies that align with CFA Institute's guidelines and UWorld's educational standards
- Team Management: Along with the Director of Finance Education, lead and grow the CFA content team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Content Excellence: Ensure the creation of premier quality content for the CFA question bank, video courses, flashcards, study guides, and mock exams, incorporating feedback and evolving curriculum needs.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and elevate the quality of content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with learning outcomes.
