As a firm with a strong focus on *medical malpractice defense*, we seek an attorney with prior experience in this area to help us continue providing top-tier legal representation. *Compensation is negotiable based on experience.*
*Position Overview*
As an *Associate Attorney*, you will play a key role in handling *medical malpractice defense* cases alongside experienced attorneys. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting legal research and preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
* Attending depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
* Working closely with clients, medical experts, and other professionals to develop case strategies.
* Managing case files while ensuring compliance with deadlines and court procedures.
* Representing and advising clients in legal proceedings, negotiations, and settlements.
*Qualifications*
Ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:
* *Juris Doctor (JD)* from an accredited law school.
* *Active bar license* in the relevant jurisdiction.
* *Experience in medical malpractice litigation.*
* Strong *legal research, writing, and analytical skills.*
* Excellent *communication and interpersonal skills.*
