About the Role  

We are seeking a highly motivated  Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our team. This full-time role offers a blend of remote work and on-site visits as needed. As an APM, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sales Engineer through all project phases including design, sales, installation and startup of our innovative HVAC solutions. Throughout the project you will work closely with engineers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Support Sales Engineers in the design and sales process of HVAC solutions 
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality 
  • Coordinate with manufacturers to update equipment selections and troubleshoot field issues 
  • Work closely with installing contractors to ensure proper installation and startup of equipment 
  • Collaborate with the Dynamic Air Service Team to oversee field activities and resolve any technical challenges 

 

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:  

  • Entry-level position (bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent HVAC industry experience preferred) 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu 
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications 
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills 
  • Self-motivated, with excellent time management and organizational abilities 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment 
  • Previous experience in HVAC or the construction industry is a plus
