Your Role:

• Daily Maintenance Tasks : Tackle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, and more.
• Make-Ready Repairs : Prepare vacant homes for new residents with top-quality work.
• Property Upkeep : Change locks, move equipment, and maintain our properties to the highest standards.

What You Need:

• Experience: 3+ years in maintenance or construction.
• Tools & Transportation : Own your tools and have a reliable truck (fuel allowance included).
• Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using technology for time keeping, work orders, and logging work completion.
