The Anesthesia Technician procures and maintains anesthesia drugs, supplies, and equipment. They are responsible for setting up the anesthesia machines in each operating room prior to the beginning of the OR day. The technician removes all special and reusable material after cases and is responsible for cleaning. Additionally, they assist anesthesiologists as needed.
