Immediately hiring an Administrative Assistant in Danbury, CT. Hybrid role, 3 days on-site 2 days remote. Responsibilities
- Coordinating with cross functional partners on new product launches
- Use Excel and Smartsheets to enter product SKUs in appropriate categories
- Review and audit spreadsheets for accuracy of data
- Develop timelines and tasks for projects
- Create User Stories for upcoming initiatives
- Identify product enhancements to improve on the user experience
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities
- Review website for potential bugs
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
- Must have proficiency in MS Excel. This means being able to use basic functions, quickly manipulate datasets, and create organized spreadsheets
- A professional business acumen with articulate written and verbal communication skills.
