Immediately hiring an Administrative Assistant in Danbury, CT. Hybrid role, 3 days on-site 2 days remote. Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with cross functional partners on new product launches
  • Use Excel and Smartsheets to enter product SKUs in appropriate categories
  • Review and audit spreadsheets for accuracy of data
  • Develop timelines and tasks for projects
  • Create User Stories for upcoming initiatives
  • Identify product enhancements to improve on the user experience
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities
  • Review website for potential bugs

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
  • Must have proficiency in MS Excel. This means being able to use basic functions, quickly manipulate datasets, and create organized spreadsheets
  • A professional business acumen with articulate written and verbal communication skills.
