Job Description

The Veterans Launch sales internship includes an introduction to what sales and marketing departments do in civilian B2B (business to business) product and services companies. Interns will be trained and do limited project work for civilian companies and proven sales leaders.

Internship Content

• Sales/Business development metrics
• Outreach to qualify leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels
• Asking the right questions and problem solving
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Active engagement 
• CRM systems and reporting
• Performance tools

Internship Schedule - Q1 2025

Option 1: Wednesdays from 12:00 to 16:00 EST, 2/5/25 through 4/2/25
Option 2: Fridays 09:00 to 13:00 EST, 2/7/25 through 4/24/25

Requirements
This is an unpaid, certificate, 100% remote, internship for active duty military personnel only. Service verification will be required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to succeed in a competitive environment
• Desire to learn and gain experience in marketing for civilian companies
• Current experience active duty U.S. military in any role or rank for 2+ years
• 2 peer recommendations 
• 1 CO recommendation
• Ability to attend
