LHH is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor for a client in Cleveland, OH. This position will sit onsite and oversee a team of approximately five AR professionals. The role focuses on business-to-business collections and requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term growth within the client organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of AR specialists
  • Oversee business-to-business collections and ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounts
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve departmental goals
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Qualifications:
  • Previous supervisory experience within accounting is required
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes and business to business collections
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
