Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:  

Shift:  Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:0pm
Contract: Temporary to December 31, 2024
Pay Rate: $

J ob Summary  The candidate will be responsible for accurately processing various types of accounts payable functions while ensuring compliance with company policies on purchasing and expense reimbursement. They will also provide exceptional customer service to employees and vendors, handle vendor invoices using Oracle, process payments, maintain AP email inboxes, assist with vendor onboarding, conduct vendor statement audits, respond to supplier inquiries, support audit requests related to AP and vendor documentation, and perform backup duties for other US-based entities.

Even Simpler: This job involves managing bills the company needs to pay by following specific rules. You will also help answer questions from employees and vendors about payments.

 

Skill Requirements

• Must-Have Requirements

• Processing of vendor invoices using Oracle, according to policy.

• Process weekly payment runs and any urgent payment requests.

• Process vendor statement audits, assist with attaining any missing invoices.

• Respond to supplier inquiries and requests.

• Support audit requests with regards to AP and Vendor documentation

• Acts as a backup for other AP and vendor master activities on Oracle for other US, CA , and CL entities

• Review and audit team member’s expense reports using Concur system.

• Support the monthly Concur expense reports accruals and reclass Journal Entries.

• Experience with ERP

Pay Details: $28.00 per hour
