Accounting Specialist - Manufacturing Industry

What You'll Do
Lead month-end close activities: prepare and review journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and deliver accurate reporting.
Oversee revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Perform variance analysis, research discrepancies, and maintain reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
Prepare financial statements and support quarterly, interim, and year-end processes.
Collaborate on annual operating budgets and contribute to strategic financial planning.
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on SAP expertise.
Strong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Preferred Skills
CPA or CMA certification.
Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
Background in cost accounting.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $92000.00/yr.
