The successful candidate will have experience managing a full desk including ATS/CRM/VMS systems, building and growing a customer base, continuous recruiting for open and anticipated positions, behavioral interviewing, and general employment law/compliance standards.We are looking for individuals who value teamwork and can self motivate to work independently. You must live in the Greater Sacramento-Roseville-Folsom MSA, or as far north as Chico, CA. You may work remotely in your own space, use our Sacramento office, or elect a hybrid of the two.
