Quality Control Associate – CPAP/ Portable Equipment

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76140
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role:
Regal Staffing Services Arlington is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control Associate to join a leading healthcare company. In this role, you will ensure that all repaired medical equipment—such as oxygen concentrators, CPAP/BiPAP machines, and ventilators—meets strict industry standards and company quality expectations before being returned for patient use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform final inspections and functional testing on repaired medical equipment
• Confirm repairs meet specifications and safety requirements
• Document inspection results and report issues or discrepancies
• Collaborate with technicians to resolve quality concerns
• Ensure equipment is properly cleaned, calibrated, and labeled
• Follow strict compliance and quality assurance protocols
• Maintain accurate inspection records
• Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of quality control, inspection, or related experience preferred
• Experience in medical equipment or electronics repair is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools, meters, or testing equipment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Stable work history
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
