Job Title: Document Processing Clerk (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Document Processing Clerk to support high-volume document intake and data entry operations. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with strong typing skills and a keen eye for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Intake: Receive and manage scanned Secretary of State documents via an electronic queue system
• Quality Assurance: Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with state requirements prior to processing
• Data Entry & Verification: Accurately input data into the state system, cross-check entries for consistency, and validate against source documents
• Error Resolution: Identify and correct discrepancies promptly to maintain data integrity

Required Skills

• Data entry
• Typing
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Additional Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of data entry experience (can include academic or professional settings)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Pueblo, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
